Service Delivery Policy

Digital Products (Notes / Question Bank / Membership):
• Access will be granted within 3 working days after payment confirmation
• Login credentials will be sent via email

Workshops / Events:
• Confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration
• Event details (venue / online link) will be provided before the event date
• A reminder for the event will be sent via email or WhatsApp within 1 week of the event
